The best boutique in our whole area! The associates are friendly and very very helpful. When I give them an idea of what I'm looking for, they always seem to find it for me. Excellent customer service! When I had questions around the description and colors of a CP Shades shirt, they called CP Shades for clarification and sent me several photographs in natural light so that I could see the true colors of the garment. Impressive!

I absolutely love my purchase from Cotton Island. I got a fabulous Tart rain coat. It's so stylish and is a beautiful color. I feel like a "fashionista" when I wear it either casually or functionally ! And best of all, it was on sale and half the price as in a local shop!!

Shopping online can be a bit challenging with purchasing and returns with retailers. I loved my online shopping experience with Cotton Island-boutique in Texas. They really put love into what they do. I received a hand written note that thanked me for shopping. However, I did have to make a return. That process went seamlessly and promptly. I look forward to shopping with them again. Thank you Cotton Island ❌⭕️❌⭕️

I ordered a set of five Johnny Was silk face masks and they are beyond beautiful! BUT the best thing about Cotton Island may be the people who work there!!! I called the Dallas store to place my order and everyone there went out of their way to help me and were wonderful!!! It was such a pleasure doing business with them....so much so, that I have just placed a second order!!!! Thank you again, Cotton Island!!!!
